Dr. Ashley Lapinski

Dr. Lapinski is the newest addition to Walsh Family Chiropractic. She is a 2017 graduate of the Northeast College of Health Sciences (formerly New York Chiropractic College) in Seneca Falls, New York. Dr. Lapinski joined the team in May 2024, but has been a practicing chiropractor in Upstate New York since 2018. She is committed to providing patients exemplary care and helping them meet their health and wellness goals.

Dr. Lapinski began her journey into chiropractic as a patient herself, after suffering an injury in high school while playing soccer. From the moment of her first chiropractic adjustment, Dr. Lapinski knew she had found her calling. This belief would be reaffirmed a few years later, when she sustained a series of concussions while playing rugby in college and regular chiropractic care significantly improved her post-concussion symptoms.

Dr. Lapinski earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from SUNY Buffalo State University (formerly SUNY Buffalo State College) in Buffalo, New York in 2013. She continued on to Northeast in 2014, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies (2015) alongside her Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Prior to moving to the Hampton Roads area in the fall of 2023, Dr. Lapinski enjoyed practicing in several family chiropractic offices in small towns in Upstate New York. She treated a wide variety of patients, from farmers, mechanics, and factory workers to nurses and teachers, office workers and weekend warriors to hunters, cyclists, and runners, and children to nonagenarians. One of her favorite aspects of the job is knowing that no two days will ever be exactly the same; everybody’s body is different and responds best to individualized care. Dr. Lapinski utilizes a variety of techniques in her treatments, including: Diversified, Thompson Drop, Activator Methods, NIMMO, Rock Tape, and modalities including low-level laser therapy, therapeutic ultrasound, and e-stim.

Dr. Lapinski is excited to be in Williamsburg providing care to residents and visitors alike. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time out in nature and exploring all Virginia has to offer.
